Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our R&D Manager and Lab Manager with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Batch coordination and label printing
  • Basic administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Stock organization and inventory management
  • Ordering materials and supplies
  • Supporting the administrative side of the production process
Requirements
  • GED or HS Diploma
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Data entry skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
