Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BHIRED. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with tenants and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process rent payments and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
- Meet with prospective tenants to verify qualifications and sign leases.
- Prepare and distribute lease renewals.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, typing, photocopying, and taking and distributing phone messages.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling, and other appointments.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
- Submit files and reports to the appropriate personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
$55k-65k/Year
