Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

Special Touch Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn. As a Scheduler and Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the scheduling and coordination of our Home Health Aide services.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is fluent in English and Spanish to assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination of our services. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of basic clerical experience in a professional office environment and a passion for working with seniors and individuals with disabilities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Schedule and coordinate Home Health Aide services for clients in Brooklyn
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
* Collaborate with the Scheduling Department and field staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
* Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
* 1 or more years of basic clerical experience in a professional office environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
