Sales Executive

Slalom is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. As a trusted partner to our internal teams and client teams, you will build and execute customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Your expertise in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry will be invaluable in identifying new opportunities and securing new Master Service Agreements (MSA's).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities on a diverse collection of targeted accounts.
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new MSA's.
- Bring Healthcare/Life Sciences industry knowledge and relationships.
- Responsible for achieving $6-8 million+ in annual revenue targets, quarterly sales targets, and MBO's.
- Responsible for pipeline creation and forecasting for a client or set of clients.
- Mentor and collaborate with other sellers within and across other Slalom markets.
- Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with Account and Practice leaders.
- Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events.
- Minimal travel expectations as your focus will be within Indianapolis and the surrounding market.
Requirements
- 8+ years of account management and consulting experience.
- Experience selling in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.
- Proven track record of selling professional services or digital transformation or cloud-based solutions.
- Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Budget and project management experience.
- Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers.
- Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
