Exciting Opportunity as an Administrative Coordinator - Reception Operations
Overview:
We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator - Reception Operations to proficiently oversee the communication systems, ensuring efficient management of incoming, outgoing, and internal calls, as well as supervising reception activities for our establishment.
A friendly phone presence, combined with outstanding customer service abilities, are essential qualities for this position.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the communication system to facilitate connections and relay calls
- Providing precise information to callers and recording messages
- Keeping detailed call logs
- Performing various administrative tasks including sorting mail, light typing, copying, and faxing
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
- Assisting Store Administration with special initiatives
- Carrying out additional assigned responsibilities as required
- Previous experience with communication systems preferred
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing pressure and resolving issues efficiently
