About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biopharmaceuticals Equity Research Senior Associate or Junior Vice President to join our team at Wolfe Research in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical sector, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Produce high-quality research reports and presentations that provide actionable insights to our clients
  • Collaborate with our team of analysts and sales professionals to develop and execute research initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes that impact the biopharmaceutical industry
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology industry
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including corporate finance, forecasting, and valuation techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and complex financial models
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licensure is preferred, or expected to be completed within the first 12 months of joining

  • Market-competitive base salary range of $110,000-$160,000
