Position Details:
This role is primarily focused on providing support in a call center environment, specifically for Medicaid services. It offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge about Medicaid benefits, eligibility criteria, and claims processing to effectively assist both recipients and healthcare providers.

- Gathering necessary information, assessing caller needs, and documenting interactions.
- Providing accurate information regarding eligibility, claims status, and provider enrollment.
- Adhering to established policies and procedures for call handling and escalation.
- Acting as an advocate for Medicaid recipients and providers to ensure their needs are met.
- Verifying documents and images as required.
- Completing mandatory training sessions.
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or health insurance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data entry and database management.
- Previous experience in a call center or professional office setting.
- Knowledge of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
