Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team at Insight Global, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing all testing phases, working closely with technical and user groups to deliver high-quality results.

  • Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT/UAT) for the MMIS and MES modules, as well as testing of configured Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications.
  • Manage the conversion and integration of data from other systems in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES Modules and COTS products).
  • Lead defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track defects to closure in a timely fashion.
  • Develop test cases, test data, and verify software changes, while problem-solving issues escalated by users.
  • Communicate and report results and progress to various stakeholders, including Test Summary and Execution metrics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of SI/UAT testing experience
  • 5-7 years experience in Mainframe
  • Experience with EDI (election data interchange) and X12 (format for file processing)
  • Experience with metrics reporting and data preparation
  • Background in Medicaid or experience working with Conduent (healthcare services partner)
  • Proficient in creating test cases and verifications
  • Able to meet deadlines with high integrity, professionalism, customer service, and motivation
