About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing administrative and office support services to our department. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including personnel files, inventory, and supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing and tracking expenses.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of related administrative experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
