Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Personal Banker I. In this position, you will deliver outstanding service to clients in a courteous and professional manner, gain in-depth knowledge of Vision Bank's offerings, efficiently process transactions, and adhere to all company and industry regulations. Daily Activities

  • Conduct efficient transactions, build relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Manage customer requests and prioritize urgent needs while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all banking products and services, as well as company systems, while strictly adhering to policies and regulations.
  • Engage in continuous learning through exposure to diverse financial scenarios and collaboration with different teams across Vision Bank.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating multiple applications and educating clients on banking technology is essential. A solid understanding of basic math is necessary, although much of the work is automated.

Communication Skills: Daily interactions with clients and colleagues require empathy and emotional intelligence.

Attention to Detail: Adhering to banking standards and recognizing when to escalate issues is crucial. The fast-paced environment demands accuracy and thorough follow-through.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
