Position Summary:

A Senior Personal Banker at Vision Bank is a dedicated financial expert tasked with cultivating and overseeing customer relationships, identifying their financial aspirations, and delivering customized banking solutions. Personal Bankers are instrumental in assisting clients in reaching their financial objectives while promoting and cross-selling a variety of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients by comprehending their financial goals and requirements. Serve as the primary liaison for designated clients.
  • Financial Advisory: Perform financial evaluations to assess clients' current financial standings and future goals. Offer personalized financial guidance and suggest suitable banking products and services.
  • Account Services: Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and retirement accounts. Assist clients with transactions and account maintenance.
  • Product Promotion: Recognize opportunities to promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services. Introduce clients to loans, credit cards, and other financial solutions.
  • Loan Assistance: Support clients in completing loan applications and navigate them through the approval process. Provide insights on loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.
  • Client Education: Inform clients about the bank's offerings, services, and digital banking capabilities. Conduct sessions aimed at enhancing clients' financial literacy.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or surpass sales objectives for various banking products and services. Regularly monitor and report on sales outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies. Stay informed about industry standards and legislative changes affecting banking.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to tackle complex client issues.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep precise and comprehensive records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities. Complete necessary documentation for account modifications, transactions, and service requests.

Education and Experience Requirements:
