This role is integral to the support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Annual Compensation:

  • Level I H21A - $40, Comprehensive State Employee Benefits

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel is necessary; candidates must hold a valid driver's license and maintain the required automobile insurance.

Essential Qualifications:

Client Services Coordinator - Level I

  • Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline*, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience working directly with individuals who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

-OR-

  • Applicants may hold a valid permanent Oklahoma Nursing license as sanctioned by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, coupled with one year of relevant experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Client Services Coordinator - Level II

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline*, along with at least one year of professional experience directly assisting individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in fields such as social work, case management, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, program coordination, nursing, or a closely related area;

-OR-

  • Applicants may possess a Bachelor's degree, plus one year of professional experience in the aforementioned fields, along with an additional year of general experience working directly with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

-OR-

  • Applicants may have a valid permanent Oklahoma Nursing license as approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, with one year of professional experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, in addition to one year of professional nursing experience in this area.

*For the purposes of this job family, a Bachelor's degree in a human services field encompasses any degree from an accredited institution, excluding degrees in physical, natural, or biological sciences or mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of a case management leader, this position delivers essential services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities residing in community settings; gathers comprehensive social histories, and identifies and coordinates community and agency resources to fulfill the needs of the clients.
  • This role is required to adhere to compliance standards set forth by Federal Home and Community Based Waiver regulations, as well as state and organizational policy guidelines.
