Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Offer exceptional customer service through both written and verbal communication.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange sales appointments for our sales teams across the country.
  • Follow-Up Assistance: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and address any ongoing needs for both new and existing clients.
  • Manage Customer Data: Maintain and update customer information in our customer relationship management software.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other relevant tasks as assigned to support our operations.
Supervision: While you will receive guidance from the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor, this role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
