Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales operations and strategies for RPM Builds LLC. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations of RPM Builds, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business targets.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to drive sales growth.
  • Evaluate Costs: Evaluate costs associated with selling products and services to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Coordinate Cross-Selling Initiatives: Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the bolted storage tank and silo industry is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are essential to drive sales growth and manage sales operations.
