Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development of innovative products within the UV/Radiation Cure sector. Your expertise will guide the management of the stage-gate process, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to successful market introduction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **New Product Development:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring all critical quality requirements are met.
2. **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
3. **Technical Documentation:** Develop comprehensive technical scopes and specifications, along with product data sheets and safety documentation.
4. **Validation and Testing:** Coordinate new product validation and field testing to ensure market readiness.
5. **Commercialization Strategy:** Formulate market pricing strategies and collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create impactful launch packages.
6. **Forecasting and Management:** Maintain and manage the product line, including SKU rationalization and ongoing competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Preferred: Master’s degree.

Experience:
- Required: 5-7 years of experience in industries utilizing radiation cure technology, with a proven track record of launching new products through the Stage Gate process.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and sales professionals.

Preferred Skills:
- Background in product management or strategic marketing, particularly within industrial markets.
