Role Summary:

The Custom Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, sales teams, marketing, production, and regulatory bodies to drive sales and oversee our expanding product portfolio. We are seeking a proactive marketing leader with a strong focus on building enduring business relationships characterized by trust and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of creative and product development specialists.
  • Engage with key clients to promote both new and existing products, fostering ongoing business relationships and generating innovative ideas that support financial sustainability.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with current customers to better understand their needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance.
  • Oversee inventory management, handling multiple SKUs and developing new product offerings.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and AS400 is advantageous.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly with independent distributor sales teams.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and knowledge of printing and promotional marketing are preferred.
  • Experience in the charitable gaming sector is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in new product development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in various sales techniques, including both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Experience in commercial printing, gaming, or promotional sweepstakes is beneficial.
