The Global Product Marketing team is dedicated to crafting robust go-to-market strategies aimed at enhancing the profitability of the Philips CT Business.

Our team oversees worldwide downstream marketing for innovative products and exceptional global product launches, striving to increase market share and solidify our status as an innovation leader.


Your Responsibilities:


Facilitate the creation of global Go-To-Market strategies for New Product Introductions (NPI), which include launch plans, marketing communications strategies, sales training, collateral development, and pricing for multiple new product launches in the realm of Computed Tomography (CT).


Formulate marketing strategies for assigned product launches, encompassing market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights for CT products.

Collaborate with key markets to establish and cultivate First of Kind and seed sites that will promote the commercial adoption of your products.


Work alongside key markets to develop marketing strategies for assigned products, focusing on product positioning, configuration, and pricing to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.

Engage with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with marketing messages and claims.

Proven track record of successful and innovative marketing and positioning strategies.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, sales events, and customer engagements.

May lead collaborative efforts across various domains.

Operate effectively in a multinational environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, persuade, and mobilize teams.

Exhibit sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving and achieving results.

Think strategically from a broad business perspective, considering both strategic and operational elements.

Globally aware and capable of functioning effectively across diverse cultures.

Address complex issues where analysis of situations or data necessitates a deep understanding of the organization.

Able to synthesize market and customer feedback to drive meaningful innovations.

Work in a multinational setting with strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of inspiring, persuading, and mobilizing teams.

Accountable for achieving relevant metrics related to efforts and deliverables, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.

Ensure that applicable Philips processes and best practices are consistently utilized and implemented.

Maintain compliance with established processes, policies, and procedures.

Escalate issues to the reporting manager as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (mandatory).

5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or related fields (e.g., Field Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Marketing Communications).

Ability to integrate market and customer feedback with existing and new products into effective solutions; comfortable making decisive trade-offs.

Exceptional communication skills and the capability to lead an organization in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for market-leading products and solutions.

Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech sectors within B2B environments.

Proficient in Marketing, including market insights, value proposition development, pricing strategies, communications, channel management, and planning.

Familiarity with marketing processes, strategic planning, and budgeting.

Understanding of the area of specialization; adept at resolving a wide range of issues creatively.

Experience with high-tech product launches (clinical experience is a plus).

Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues.

MBA and/or PhD in a related field is preferred (optional).
