As a Senior Product Manager within PNC's Storage Engineering division, you will be based in a designated location. The role primarily requires presence in the office or field regularly, with some responsibilities potentially performed remotely, at the discretion of management.

Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Experience with network-attached storage

• Familiarity with storage solutions such as Pure, Hitachi, Dell, IBM, HP

• Knowledge of HDD and/or FlashDisk technologies

• Ability to collaborate with business partners

• Understanding of storage requirements, capacity planning, and market competitiveness

  • Owns the vision and definition of the product. Acts as the voice of the customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) focus on the right priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and communicates the vision to the team(s) to address client requirements, ensuring a successful product based on business value.
  • Leads the creation and maintenance of the product backlog. Oversees the grooming of the product backlog and ensures proper prioritization based on business value.
  • Ensures that the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s) concentrate on the right priorities during the development process. Acts as the primary point of contact for inquiries from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
  • Accepts delivery of functional products from the Scrum Team(s). Communicates the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to stakeholders and clients.
