Overview

The Senior Product Development Manager is responsible for steering business and financial outcomes by selecting, designing, and advancing both new and existing products or services. This role leverages both traditional and innovative technologies, operations, and data analytics to provide customers with a distinctive product experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizes expertise in emerging technologies to deliver products across all relevant channels. Makes informed decisions regarding product recommendations and develops comprehensive business cases and plans for the rollout of specific products or services.
  • Continuously monitors market trends to identify opportunities and needs, recommending new products or enhancements to existing offerings. Designs and develops innovative features while managing the lifecycle of product development, production, pricing, and promotion.
  • Collaborates with essential stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and digital channel teams, to ensure that all product offerings align with strategic objectives. Engages in client-facing activities to guarantee that product experiences meet established goals.
  • Implements product-specific marketing strategies and supports compliance and risk management as part of the first line of defense.
  • Enhances business, financial, and customer experience outcomes for both new and existing products, suggesting modifications in features or marketing strategies to optimize results.
