Position Summary

The Custom Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with clients, external sales teams, marketing, production, and regulatory bodies to drive sales and oversee our expanding product lines. We are seeking a proactive marketing leader with a knack for cultivating enduring business relationships grounded in trust and exceptional service.

This role involves working closely with clients to conceptualize and develop new products from the ground up. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, creative environment, gaining insights from industry leaders to enhance their skills and eventually lead product development initiatives. Regular interaction with clients, production, and creative teams will provide comprehensive exposure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of creative and product development experts.
  • Promote both new and existing products to key clients, fostering ongoing business and generating innovative ideas that support our clients' financial stability and community contributions.
  • Establish connections with new clients while nurturing existing relationships, enabling the organization to better understand client needs, maintain a competitive edge, and identify market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Production, and Finance.
  • Oversee inventory management for multiple SKUs and product lines, while also developing new offerings for clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage various priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing client relationships and leading teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and AS400 is advantageous.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly with independent distributor sales teams.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and knowledge of printing and promotional marketing are preferred.
  • Background in charitable gaming is a plus.
  • Experience in leading teams through new product development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding work environment.
  • Proficient in various sales techniques, including both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Experience in commercial printing, gaming, or promotional sweepstakes is beneficial.
