GQR Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Permanent / Direct Hire Division, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and closing deals while maintaining a deep understanding of the current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify partnership opportunities with large hospital systems and facilities across the country
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand in permanent and direct hire efforts
  • Execute new direct contracts with hospital systems nationwide
  • Maintain existing business
  • Apply critical thinking to ensure project success

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or STEM recruitment market
  • Proven track record of getting direct contracts in place with large facilities to staff permanent positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Successful execution of development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented individual
