Business Development Executive

GQR Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Permanent / Direct Hire Division, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and closing deals while maintaining a deep understanding of the current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities with large hospital systems and facilities across the country
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand in permanent and direct hire efforts
- Execute new direct contracts with hospital systems nationwide
- Maintain existing business
- Apply critical thinking to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or STEM recruitment market
- Proven track record of getting direct contracts in place with large facilities to staff permanent positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Successful execution of development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented individual
