Job Title: Business Development Executive

At IMA Financial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Lines Practice, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of insurance industry trends, products, and services
