Key Responsibilities: As a sales representative for Black Cube Security, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure a positive purchasing experience.
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease.
  • Answer customer questions about our services and areas we provide coverage in.
  • Use CRM software to maintain a customer database.
  • Conduct personal meetings with potential customers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
