About the Role

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and increasing brand awareness in the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Utilize your knowledge of the commercial market to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial market, including property managers, facility managers, and business owners.
  • Market and Promote Services: Effectively market and promote SERVPRO's services to the commercial market, highlighting the benefits of our expertise and capabilities.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: A minimum of two years of direct sales and marketing experience, preferably in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
