About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Service Associate to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to generate a sales pipeline for our producers.
  • Manage the prospect pipeline, including ongoing outreach and communication to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to ensure positive outcomes and meet desired standards of service.
  • Collaborate with producers and account teams to create and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide administrative support to producers, including data analysis, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to maintain expertise and provide valuable insights to clients and producers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three plus years of client service experience in a sales environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to compile, analyze, and interpret financial information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed and travel by automobile and aircraft.
