About the Role

Act-On Software is a leading marketing automation company seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales development role, preferably in a SaaS or software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
