Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by actively participating in the sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Contact List Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive contact list to ensure effective outreach and engagement with potential customers.
  • Marketing Execution: Execute marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage potential customers, and drive business development.
  • Professional Engagement: Participate in industry associations, host educational events, and promote continuing education to expand our network and build credibility.
  • Daily Marketing Activities: Conduct daily marketing activities to drive business development, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
  • Referral Program: Actively promote the referral program and achieve new customer sign-ups.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and facilitate one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Email Quotas: Meet assigned quotas for cold outreach and email communication.
  • On-Site Meetings: Achieve on-site meeting quotas to further business development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Ability to conduct cold outreach with superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business (preferred but not required)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check (subject to applicable law)
