Position Overview:
This role involves a variety of responsibilities that are essential for the smooth operation of the purchasing process:
  • Managing vendor documentation and ensuring compliance with qualifications
  • Soliciting pricing information and updating any price modifications
  • Revising features lists and maintaining project vendor directories
  • Evaluating and disseminating design alterations
  • Ensuring that plans are current and readily available
  • Assembling new project product binders
  • Facilitating vendor paperwork and overseeing purchase order processing
  • Establishing and maintaining contract documentation
  • Investigating discrepancies related to invoices or purchase orders
  • Preparing comprehensive bid packages
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent experience and/or training is required.
