Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in Chicago, IL. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies
- 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial or industrial boiler industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
