About the Role:
West Coast Trans Alliance is seeking a meticulous and proactive Account Executive to manage client portfolios and oversee daily operational activities. This position serves as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met while coordinating internal resources to adhere to client timelines. The Account Executive will also play a crucial role in expanding the client base through outreach efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients and logistics partners.
  • Monitor, document, and manage shipments throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and necessary documentation.
  • Conduct profit and cost analyses for accounts, including generating service reports.
