Job Title: Customer Service Manager

At Restaurant Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and effective customer service to new and existing customers, utilizing in-depth knowledge of our products to increase sales and assist with product selection, merchandising, and special requests.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, providing detailed information to customers as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Field Marketing Representatives to meet and exceed customer service expectations, working together to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Manager will work in a typical office environment, with occasional exposure to store areas where temperatures may be cool or cold. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
