Overview

Audacy is seeking a dedicated National Sales Coordinator to oversee and manage the execution of our National Sales operations. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration of national sales strategies across various markets.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility for remote candidates from different regions.

Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Serve as the main liaison for the VP of MultiMarket Sales regarding all national sales inquiries in designated markets.
  • Act as the primary contact for national client requests, collaborating closely with representative firms.
  • Input, update, and manage National Orders within the Wide Orbit system.
  • Verify that all national orders are accurately coded and documented.
  • Process purchase orders and gather any missing materials for National Accounts.
  • Generate daily reports on missing materials to ensure timely application.
  • Lead outreach efforts to national representatives to collect necessary materials.
  • Regularly enter materials and advertisements into vCreative for production purposes.
  • Coordinate with station talent to create national endorsement materials.
  • Work with internal market contacts to evaluate talent for national endorsements.
  • Handle a high volume of email communications efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized database of Traffic/Continuity contacts for National Accounts.
  • Provide post/pre-log times to National Clients upon request.
  • Collect and distribute air-checks as requested by National Clients.
  • Manage preempted spots for National Accounts in Wide Orbit, including rebooking or crediting as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication with national representatives regarding makegood and credited spots.
  • Address invoice discrepancies by researching issues and coordinating adjustments with corporate billing.
  • Submit requests for memo bills and invoice modifications.
  • Oversee the National Collections Process.
  • Create presentations using Google Slides and/or PowerPoint for promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather essential information for the national sales team.
  • Act as the local point of contact for executing national sales campaigns, including contests, sponsorships, and talent endorsements.
  • Develop recap presentations for national promotional activities.
  • Provide coverage for other coordinators during their absence.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • The ideal candidate will actively engage in the sales process, providing both administrative support and creative input.
  • Must possess a dynamic personality, excellent time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks for various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated endurance, patience, and superior project management capabilities are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), are required.

Additional Information

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000 annually, determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience.
