Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Department Manager to join our team at Reclectic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
    • Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and support
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of products to drive sales and customer engagement
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize sales
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communication and Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and operational strategies
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or sales role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
