Work hours are flexible, ranging from 6 am to 5 pm, with occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to inquiries regarding products of interest to customers.
  • Processing orders within the billing and order management system.
  • Generating invoices post-shipment of orders.
  • Conducting outbound calls to facilitate customer orders.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly manner while delivering exceptional service.
  • Receiving and documenting orders via voicemail and email.
  • Managing a variety of calls, both incoming and outgoing, while taking orders over the phone.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office to create pricing and call sheets.
  • Occasionally assisting in the warehouse with loading trucks and verifying product quality.

Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential. Previous customer service experience is necessary. The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
