Job Description

The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team at A Place for Mom. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national and regional customers, driving revenue growth and move-in success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and move-in success for our national and regional customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level, Divisional, and Regional executives at our customers' organizations.
  • Deliver monthly data packages to our customers to help them understand market trends and drive their business performance.
  • Face-to-face visits with designated customer organizations to conduct business reviews, execute regional roadshows, and promote new programs.
  • Assist with maintaining the database of all multi-property senior living companies and ensure their entire portfolio of communities is on the A Place for Mom Referral service.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of educational webinars to improve the community customers' ability to convert APFM leads.
  • Attend tradeshows and set appointments in advance to meet with customers and review their results with APFM referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years as an Individual Contributor/direct seller.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with C-level, Divisional, and Regional executives.
  • Strong self-starter with a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles.
  • A high level of enthusiasm for building a business.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • An excellent problem solver.
  • Highly organized.
  • Comfortable with data tracking, analysis, and CRM tools.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000
  • On Target Earnings: $120,000+ (Uncapped)
