National Account Manager

Job Summary:
The National Account Manager is a critical role at A Place for Mom, responsible for driving revenue growth and move-in success with our national and regional customers. This position requires a strong sales and account management background, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to drive move-in success and revenue growth.
- Deliver monthly data packages to customers to inform their business decisions and drive performance.
- Maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and move-in goals are met.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with customers to review business performance, execute regional roadshows, and promote new programs.
- Assist with maintaining the database of multi-property senior living companies and ensure their entire portfolio is on the A Place for Mom Referral service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute educational webinars to improve community customers' ability to convert APFM leads.
- Attend tradeshows to set appointments and review results with customers.
- Ensure no loss of current APFM customers and resolve invoice disputes in a fair and equitable manner.
- Incorporate APFM Values into each customer and co-worker interaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience.
- Minimum 5 years as an Individual Contributor/direct seller.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong self-starter with a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles.
- A high level of enthusiasm for building a business.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- An excellent problem solver.
- Highly organized.
- Comfortable with data tracking, analysis, and CRM tools.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Google's Suite of Products.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000.
- On Target Earnings: $120,000+ (Uncapped).
