Job Title: National Account Manager Biosimilars

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our Biosimilars team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively engaging with C-suite executives, account business leaders, and other decision-makers to discuss, present, and negotiate pricing and contracting terms and conditions for our biosimilar products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and present contract proposals to internal teams and demonstrate the business case rationale and market impact of contracting decisions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HQ teams and account business leaders
* Analyze and interpret data to strategically plan and prioritize account goals and objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans and deliver defined account goals and business objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles/functions, with a minimum of 5 years of oncology or immunology pharmaceutical experience
* Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver compliant pricing/value messages
* Experience with negotiation, bid proposals, and contracting with complex IDNs, including 340B
* Team leadership experience and ability to analyze and present complex information to all levels of the company and account stakeholders
