National Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to increase company revenue and expand brand experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals.
  • Maintain and plan the overall policies and goals for the business development department in their region.
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals as set by senior management.
  • Ensure business growth strategies are met.
Essential Skills and Abilities
  • Sound and proven business acumen.
  • Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.
  • Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Sales Force, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or similar field required.
  • 5+ years Sales Management required.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Salesforce, and Outlook.
  • Disaster recovery, Insurance Restoration, Claims Consulting, and/or Environmental Claims Consulting experience is an advantage.
