Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the operational efficiency of our production machinery and equipment. This is a permanent role that promises stability and growth potential within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
  • Work closely with the production team to swiftly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Apply your knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is crucial.
  • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and fix equipment issues.
  • Solid understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and the ability to conduct routine inspections.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clear instruction delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address equipment malfunctions.
  • Proactive approach to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
