Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our innovative team within the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the operational efficiency of our production machinery and equipment. This is a permanent role that provides both stability and opportunities for advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is required.
  • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Thorough understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and the capability to conduct routine inspections.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly identify and rectify equipment malfunctions.
  • Proactive attitude towards safety and compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
