Key Responsibilities- Direct and lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and engineering, to resolve equipment issues and improve overall process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMPs, GDPs, and EHS guidelines.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance procedures and training materials.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- AAS degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proven leadership and technical skills, with the ability to interface effectively with other departments and teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, including preventive maintenance and CMMS.
- Experience with regulatory requirements, including GMPs, GDPs, and EHS guidelines.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
