Position Overview

We are in search of a highly qualified and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to become part of our vibrant team within the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our production machinery and equipment. This is a stable, long-term position that offers significant growth potential within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Implement preventive maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and enhance equipment efficiency.
  • Work closely with the production team to swiftly identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Apply your knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance to effectively troubleshoot and fix technical problems.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Assist in the setup and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is required.
  • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
  • Solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices and ability to conduct routine inspections.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clear instruction delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address equipment malfunctions.
  • Proactive approach to safety and compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
