Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Leisure World of Maryland Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support services to our Mutuals, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Reception: Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer and screen phone calls, arrange conference calls and meetings as necessary, and prepare and send outgoing mail and correspondences.
- Document Management: Read and route incoming mail, locate and attach corresponding files, and maintain and update business files and records.
- Meeting Support: Attend Board of Directors meetings as Recording Secretary, type official minutes, and support the work of committees by attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing agendas and meeting materials.
- Resident Support: Create and maintain resident records, provide timely updated information to LWMC Accounting, IT, and Management, and coordinate resident move-in and move-out activities.
Requirements:
- Three (3) or more years of experience providing administrative support services.
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
