Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Payroll Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring accurate payrolls, and maintaining professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients to assist with their payroll needs
  • Enter pay period payroll information
  • Process and validate payroll for accuracy
  • Closing, printing, and arranging timely delivery of payroll
  • Load new clients into software
  • Enter company, employee, and payroll history
  • Program new clients into our Human Capital Management system
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English language and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, creative, and assertive
  • Ability to work independently
  • High ethical standards
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or closely related services
  • Prefer relevant educational background
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for working with numbers and excellent follow-up skills
  • Computer programming mindset
  • Understanding of general payroll and related HR laws
  • Well-developed computer skills
