HR Specialist for European Payroll and Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Support the monthly payroll process across all European entities, ensuring compliance with country-specific legislation and regulations. Implement global HR initiatives on a European-wide scale, driving consistency and efficiency. Prepare employment contracts and amendments, taking into account local labor laws and social security requirements. Manage the onboarding and introduction process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the team. Maintain up-to-date internal documents and policies, guaranteeing compliance and best practices. Collaborate with HR Administration on various tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, reference letters, and work permits. Support absence tracking and time registration systems, as well as monthly HR budget management. Take on ad-hoc HR projects, driving innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment, is required. Strong experience in payroll and internal staffing is essential, as well as knowledge of German and/or European labor regulations and social security. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, and able to work autonomously with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment are also essential.
