Role Objective:
The primary goal of the Commercial Insurance Account Executive is to enhance and manage the portfolio of clients assigned to you by delivering exceptional service, educating clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and generating referrals. This role emphasizes growth within your existing client base while providing support to fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention: Maintain a high retention rate of your assigned accounts by proactively engaging with clients, conducting regular account reviews, and addressing their insurance needs effectively.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue within your book of business by reviewing client accounts, suggesting necessary coverage enhancements, and promoting additional services.
- Account Reviews: Complete all assigned account reviews, ensuring that clients are informed about potential discounts and coverage gaps, thereby strengthening client relationships.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service for inquiries related to claims, billing, and policy adjustments, ensuring that client expectations are managed and met.
- Positive Work Ethic: Maintain a proactive and positive approach to work, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- New Business Development: Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring timely submission of proposals and adherence to the agency's sales processes.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Assist the marketing team by providing insights for campaigns and participating in branding initiatives.
Essential Qualities:

Qualifications:
