Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and manage overall relationships with clients to ensure retention of mid-market business and high client satisfaction.
  • Review coverage contracts for accuracy of policy provisions.
  • Ensure that client teams handle client benefit inquiries and manage teams to effectively service clients, resolving escalated service issues.
  • Manage new carrier and plan implementations for the book of business.
  • Ensure teams prepare claims experience and utilization reports and review for accuracy.
  • React, process, and follow up on new business.
  • Collect fees, reconcile, and resolve any outstanding balances within 60 days of invoicing date.
  • Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 years of related work experience.
  • Valid insurance license.
  • Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
  • Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
