Senior Account Executive

At The Judge Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team in healthcare staffing. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for researching, marketing, and presenting our services to new and existing clients, as well as generating new business through cold calling, attending conferences, and referrals.
Our Account Executives provide talent acquisition solutions in the areas of technology and healthcare, meeting the growing demands of hiring executives across our portfolio of clients. With a proven model of success, exceptional training program, and custom delivery platform, our Account Executives achieve maximum results and build strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and presenting our services to new and existing clients
- Generating new business through cold calling, attending conferences, and referrals
- Expanding and maintaining existing client base
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business
Requirements include:
- 2-3+ years of business development or recruiting experience and a proven track record of success
- Key traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-oriented/money motivated, strong desire to succeed, hunter/farmer
- Experience breaking and developing local mid-market and/or national accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
