Job Description

The Satanoff Insurance & Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including property and casualty accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business, including upselling and cross-selling insurance products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our business
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
