Job Summary: Oncology Business Development Executive
Location: Maryland, Virginia, and DC area
The Oncology Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth in the oncology space. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the oncology market and a proven track record of success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and execute comprehensive business plans that align with company objectives and sales targets
- Presents approved disease state and product information to customers
- Leverages sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high-impact, strategic plans
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives within the territory
- Continuously builds knowledge of an evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease state knowledge & product expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6+ years of experience in oncology sales, preferably in solid tumors/lung cancer
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
Salary Range: $145,000 - $245,000 per year
