Job Summary: Oncology Business Development Executive

Location: Maryland, Virginia, and DC area

The Oncology Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth in the oncology space. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the oncology market and a proven track record of success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute comprehensive business plans that align with company objectives and sales targets
  • Presents approved disease state and product information to customers
  • Leverages sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high-impact, strategic plans
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives within the territory
  • Continuously builds knowledge of an evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease state knowledge & product expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in oncology sales, preferably in solid tumors/lung cancer
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment

Salary Range: $145,000 - $245,000 per year
